Admission at the University of Vienna

You have to do the admission, renewing or changes of degree programmes or the procedure for leaving the University of Vienna personally and directly in the Admission Office.

You can continue your studies by paying the prescribed fee (tuition fee or student's union dues). If you paid the fees on another university, you can give notice of  the continuation of your studies via internet on UNIVISonline.

You can give notice about co-immatriculation via email, fax, terrestrial mail or by putting the necessary documents in the blue mail box of the Admission Office.

If you want to study either the bachelor programme Psychology, Mass Media and Communication Sciences or the master programme Environmental Sciences or one of the PhD programmes in Economics you can only be admitted after passing a special entrance exam.
Before studying Sports, you have to pass a physical supplementary exam.
